AMAZING Pesto Pizza
I love non-traditional Pizza’s. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the occasional pepperoni or cheese pizza as well. I don’t discriminate, I just have a love for food and exploring different flavors of food.
I had never made my own pizza at home until wanting to make an infused one. I must say that my biggest mistake was to roll the pizza dough instead of pulling and tossing it like the instructions said to do. It took me a few tries and the end result was quit rewarding!
For the amount of Unwind Your Mind Cooking Oil suggested below, it really is just a suggestion. If you’d like less milligrams (mg) per slice just add less Unwind Your Mind. As always the potency is always listed on the bottle.

Ingredients ::
- 8oz fresh Pizza dough
- ½ tablespoon Unwind Your Mind Cooking Oil
- 2 tablespoons Pesto
- 1 Roma Tomato cut into slices
- 1 Garlic Clove, grated (or more to taste)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions ::
Most groceries stores will have fresh pizza dough. I found mine at Fry’s Marketplace in the Deli area. Follow handling instructions on pizza dough and pre-heating instructions as well. Once Pizza dough is stretch out to ~12”, evenly spread out your Unwind Your Mind Cooking Oil. Do the same for the pesto. Sprinkle the grated garlic over the pesto. Add you cheese. Arrange the Roma tomato slices.
